Trunk Facility Under Utilization. At least once a year the Parties shall exchange trunk group measurement reports for trunk groups terminating to the other Party’s network. In addition and from time to time, each Party will determine the required trunks for each of the other Party’s trunk groups from the previous 12 months servicing data.
