Truncated process: Where. (a) the Change Control requested is relatively minor (in terms of cost and impact) and is fairly routine; or (b) if agreed by the parties (agreement not to be unreasonably withheld), a truncated Change Control Process (acceptable to the Lead Agency) may be adopted to deal with any particular Change Control Request.
