True Statements. To the best of Buyer’s knowledge, neither this Agreement nor any other document or information to be furnished to Seller by Buyer pursuant hereto will contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact necessary to make the factual statements contained herein or therein, in light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading.
