Trip Wages. The rate of pay for trip transportation shall be as following: a. Field trip pay will be $12.00 per hour. b. Swimming, Bowling, and Track and Field Trips These routine scheduled trips shall be first given to those bus drivers who do not meet their four (4) hour a day work schedule requirements to maintain insurance benefits. Bus drivers who exceed their four (4) hours a day work schedule requirement and are expected to drive for these trips shall be paid their hourly wages. If all bus drivers are unavailable for a scheduled trip, then the least seniority bus driver will be assigned the trip with rotation to 2nd least seniority if additional trips are vacant.
