Trip Selection. The designated Trip Drivers will have trip selection prior to any other driver receiving trips. Any driver with regular am and pm runs over 30 hours will be allowed to sign up for a Secondary Trip List. These drivers will be assigned when the trip drivers reach a minimum of forty (40) hours per week. In the event that both the Primary Trip Drivers List and the Secondary Trip Drivers List are at forty (40) hours, the Trip Advisor will go back to the Primary Trip Drivers List and offer the trip to the next driver on the list. Starting at the beginning of the school year, trips will be posted and bid upon by seniority; starting at the top of the Primary Trip Driver List, continuing until the list is exhausted. Once the list is exhausted, the process will start over at the top.

Trip Selection. [#] A "trip selection" shall mean the arrangement of trip sequences or trip pairings contained in the Trip Allocation into patterns of flying assignments constituting a monthly work schedule for regularly scheduled Flight Attendants. A trip selection may contain one (1) or more Flight Attendant positions. As used in this Agreement, "trip selection" shall mean both the pattern of flying and the Flight Attendant position.
Trip Selection. 21.3.1 All Bus Drivers shall be listed on a rotation list for selection of Trips, based on seniority. A copy of the current rotation list will be made available to Bus Drivers upon written request. 21.3.2 Bus Drivers will select Trips based on their position on the rotation list for the entire, following week. To provide equitable distribution of Trips, Bus Drivers may select only one (1) Trip for each day of the following week. Once a Bus Driver makes a selection, their name will be moved to their proper placement, according to seniority. 21.3.3 A list of the following week’s Trips will be made available to Bus Drivers no later than Friday morning and Bus Drivers will have until Friday at 2 p.m. to select Trips for the following week. Any unselected Trips will be available for any Bus Driver, subject to section 21.3.5 below. 21.3.4 Any Trips added following the selection process described above, will be offered for selection based on the current rotation list. If a Bus Driver selects a Trip pursuant to this section, their name will be moved to their proper placement according to seniority, for the following week’s selection. 21.3.5 Transportation Department Management shall approve all extra time/Trips prior to assignment. 21.3.6 If a selected Trip scheduled during the school week is cancelled by the District, the scheduled Bus Driver will be first to select from any unselected Trips remaining that week. 21.3.7 If a Bus Driver is scheduled for an Overnight/Weekend Trip and the Trip is cancelled by the District, the Bus Driver shall receive three (3) hours of pay, compensated at the appropriate rate of pay under the terms of this Agreement. 21.3.8 Bus Drivers are responsible for checking the Trip assignment sheet and electronic monitors for changes, corrections or updates before and after each daily Route.
Trip Selection. The Parties agree to the following amendments to Section 21.3, Trip Selection, of the CBA, to be implemented upon the Effective Date and incorporated into the CBA in a manner consistent with Section 5 of this Agreement:
