Gilead is fully prepared to comply with its obligations under the License Agreement, particularly Article 13 and Section 15.4. Accordingly, we are preparing to deliver to you the items described in Appendix 1 to this letter. We expect to be able to deliver these items to you by August 2, 2003 unless otherwise noted. To the extent that any items that we are obligated to deliver to you are inadvertently omitted, Gilead will use reasonable efforts to transfer to Bukwang any such items within 30 days of learning of such omission.
