Trial Balance Reports. The Administrator shall prepare and deliver electronically Trial Balance reports to aid the preparation of Fund financial statements. Accounting Policies. Trial Balance Reports. Within 30 days of each Funding Date with respect to a Capital Expenditure Portion Advance, furnish each Lender with a trial balance report in sufficient detail to demonstrate to the reasonable satisfaction of Agent the amount of each payment and the vendor paid with respect to each Capital Expenditure which is the subject of each such Capital Expenditure Portion Advance."
