Trenchless Technology Sample Clauses

Trenchless Technology. Any and all construction or maintenance of Company's telecommunications facilities requiring intrusion into public rights-of-way shall be accomplished in the manner resulting in the least amount of disruption of the right-of-way. Specifically, Company shall utilize "trenchless" technologies, including, but not limited to horizontal drilling, directional boring and microtunneling. The Company may not intrude into the public rights-of-way without a specific finding by City's civil engineer that the manner in which such intrusion will be made will result in the least amount of disruption to the right-of- way.
