Trenching Work Clause Samples

The Trenching Work clause defines the requirements and responsibilities related to the excavation of trenches on a construction site. It typically outlines the standards for trench depth and width, safety measures to be followed, and the party responsible for shoring, backfilling, and restoring the site after work is completed. This clause ensures that trenching activities are performed safely and in compliance with regulations, thereby minimizing risks of accidents and disputes over site restoration.
