Tree Preservation. It is the intention of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ llc. to make every effort to preserve all trees selected for preservation within the limits of clearing. However in the event any trees do die during or after construction, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ llc. is not responsible for their removal. Any trees which must be removed after clearing will be charged as an extra to the client. (Note: Tree near addition may be lost.)
