Common use of TREATMENT OF WARRANTHOLDER Clause in Contracts

TREATMENT OF WARRANTHOLDER. Prior to due presentment for registration of transfer of this Warrant, the Company may deem and treat the Warrantholder as the absolute owner of this Warrant (notwithstanding any notation of ownership or other writing hereon) for all purposes and shall not be affected by any notice to the contrary.
