Associate understands and agrees to treat whatever information the Company wants to protect from disclosure as genuinely “confidential”, i.e., restricting access by pass code, stamping hardcopies of customer lists “confidential,” and restricting access to the customer list to designated and appropriate personnel, and the like. Associate further agrees, as an Associate, to use his best efforts and the utmost diligence to guard and protect the Company’s Trade Secrets and Confidential Information from disclosure to any competitor, customer or supplier of the Company or any other person, firm, corporation or other entity, unless such disclosure has been specifically authorized by the Company in writing.
