Treatment of Creditor Parties. (a) The Collateral Agent may treat the holders of Senior Debt Obligations as the absolute owners thereof for all purposes under this Agreement and the other Financing Documents unless it shall receive notice to the contrary from any Creditor Party or the Administrative Agent.
