Traumatic Event Sample Clauses

The 'Traumatic Event' clause defines what constitutes a traumatic event for the purposes of the agreement. It typically outlines specific incidents or circumstances, such as natural disasters, serious accidents, or acts of violence, that trigger certain rights or obligations under the contract. For example, this clause may specify that if a party experiences a traumatic event, they may be entitled to additional support, extensions of deadlines, or other accommodations. Its core practical function is to clearly delineate the types of events that warrant special consideration, ensuring both parties understand when and how the contract may be adjusted in response to extraordinary circumstances.
