Transporting bicycles. Within the scope of MPS, the transport of bicycles is permitted on all passenger trains in carriages marked with the bicycle symbol (the symbol ). The transport of bicycles is also permitted in unmarked carriages on local (Os), limited-stop (Sp) and fast (R) trains in the entry areas of the first and last doors of the train, where a maximum of two bicycles may be transported at the same time. The transport is performed on the special Jízdní kolo MPS/Fahrrad document for CZK 35, and only within the circuit of the MPS Slovakia offer.

RPMG and RPMG’s agents shall have adequate access to the Ethanol Facility to load Producer’s corn oil on an industry standard basis that allows RPMG to economically market Producer’s corn oil. RPMG’s employees shall follow all reasonable safety rules and procedures promulgated by Producer and provided to RPMG reasonably in advance and in writing. Producer shall supply product description tags, certificates of analysis, bills of lading and/or material safety data sheets that are applicable to all shipments. In the event that Producer fails to provide the labor, equipment and facilities necessary to meet RPMG’s loading schedule, Producer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses, including without limitation actual demurrage and wait time, incurred by RPMG resulting from or arising in connection with Producer’s failure to do so.

  • TOOL STORAGE 1. A company shall provide on all construction jobs in towns and cities, and elsewhere where reasonably necessary and practicable (or if requested buy the employee), a suitable and secure waterproof lock-up solely for the purpose of storing employees’ tools, and on multi-storey and major projects the company shall provide, where possible, a suitable lock-up for employees’ tools within a reasonable distance of the work area of large groups of employees.
