Transportation Study. The Developer retained ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Engineering, Inc. to prepare an updated and revised Transportation Study for the Project. The parameters of the study were to assess the traffic impacts and evaluate the access and egress requirements for the Project and to take into account additional infrastructure and access points that have been constructed in the study area since the original transportation study was completed for the Project. A copy of this report is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit I.
