Transportation Program Administration. Program administration is a core function of the responsibilities of the SWRTPO. Its purpose is to provide the administrative support required to manage and coordinate the overall transportation planning program which includes state and federal planning requirements.
Transportation Program Administration. Broker agrees to maintain sufficient administrative staff and organizational components to comply with all program standards described herein. At a minimum, Broker agrees to include each of the functions noted herein. Broker may combine functions or split the responsibility for a function across multiple positions, as long as it can demonstrate that the duties of the function are being carried out. Similarly, Broker may contract with a third party (subcontractor) to perform one or more of these functions, subject to the subcontractor conditions described in this Agreement.
