Transport Solution. (If stated in the Policy Schedule) a) any circumstance, matter or thing which may reasonably be expected to give rise to a claim against the Insured and which is known by the Insured to have occurred prior to inception of this Policy. Nothing herein shall be interpreted as releasing the Insured from its obligation to reveal as material fact all details of claims made, or events known to the Insured likely to give rise to a claim; b) any circumstance, matter or thing which occurred prior to the Retroactive Date stated in the Policy Schedule.
