Transport Drivers. 18.1 Transport drivers, for clarification means “semi-drivers”.
(a) The working day of a transport driver shall be governed by Alberta Transportation and Employment Standards Code. Any driver who is in violation of Alberta Transportation and Employment Standards Code will be subject to discipline up to and including termination.
(b) Terminal work (including loading, unloading, waiting, and preparation time) shall be a part of a driver’s duties.

Transport Drivers. The following conditions shall apply to Transport Drivers. The normal workweek shall be forty-two (42) hours. Except as set out under the heading, "Guaranteed Pay" in Schedule this shall not be construed as a guarantee of either hours of work or pay thereof. The work schedule shall be posted by Wednesday and the bidding process will be completed by Thursday. This schedule will show proposed destinations, which may be altered. The assigned starting times may be altered one (1) hour later per day on each bid start-time. On Friday, the Company may alter the start-time up to two (2) hours later. Because of early shipping on Mondays, the Company may alter the start time's one- (I) hour before or later on each start time.
