Transparency Principle. 1. Each Contracting Party shall promptly publish or otherwise make publicly available, its laws, regulations, procedures and administrative rulings and judicial decisions, as well as international agreements which may affect the other Party to investments of investors, who have the first-mentioned Contracting Party. 2. Nothing in this Agreement is not a Contracting Party to disclose confidential or proprietary information or allow access to any data, including individual investors or investments relating to the information, the disclosure of which would impede law enforcement or would be contrary to legislation on public access to documents of that Party, or prejudice legitimate commercial interests of particular investors.
