Common use of Transmittal Letters Clause in Contracts

Transmittal Letters. Within five days after the Closing, the Placement Agent shall receive copies of all letters from the Company to the investors transmitting the Notes and Warrants and shall receive a letter from the Company confirming transmittal of the securities to the investors.
