Transmit Power. DOS shall authorize a particular transmit power (EIRP) of the transmitting earth station. If the CUSTOMER calculates the particular transmit power, DOS shall review and approve the particular level before CUSTOMER commences access to the satellite. c. Carrier Dispersal : - CUSTOMER is required to provide enough modulation at all times such that the downlink power flux density at the surface of the earth from the ST-2 Satellite shall not exceed the limits set by the ITU Radio regulations.
