Subsidy Requests and Reporting Requirements 1. The Grantee or Management Company shall complete a CRF Subsidy Request Report - Recap of Tenant Income Certification, which provides a unit-by-unit listing of all units in the Development for whom assistance is being requested and gives detailed information including the occupants’ eligibility, set-aside requirements, amount of household rent paid, utility allowance and amount of CRF Rental Subsidy requested.

Copies of Reports So long as the Offered Certificates are outstanding, the Depositor shall furnish, or cause to be furnished, to each Underwriter (i) copies of each certification, the annual statements of compliance and the annual independent certified public accountants’ servicing reports furnished to the Certificate Administrator pursuant to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement as soon as practicable after such statements and reports are furnished to the Certificate Administrator; (ii) copies of each amendment to any of the Basic Documents; and (iii) copies of all reports or other communications (financial or other) furnished to holders of the Offered Certificates, and copies of any reports and financial statements furnished to or filed with the Commission, any governmental or regulatory authority or any national securities exchange, all of which may be furnished by the posting thereof on the website of the Certificate Administrator.

ADMINISTRATIVE AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS Contractor shall furnish a report of all services provided under the Contract during each quarterly period, no later than the 15th of the month following the close of each quarter. Purchases by Non-State agencies, political subdivisions and others authorized by law shall be reported in the same report and indicated as required. A template for such report is included herein as Attachment 5 – Report of Contract Usage. The report must be submitted electronically via electronic mail utilizing the template provided. All fields of information shall be accurate and complete. The report is to be submitted electronically in Microsoft Excel 2007 or 2003 (or as otherwise directed by OGS), via electronic mail to the attention of the individual identified on the front page of the Contract Award Notification and shall reference the Group Number, the Award Number, Contract Number, sales period, and Contractor’s (or other authorized agent) name, and all other fields required, using the report template provided. OGS reserves the right to amend the report template. Copies of Notices to Owner Wherever the Contract Documents provide that a copy of any notice, request, or demand filed with the Design Professional by the Contractor shall be furnished to the Owner, such notice, request, or demand shall not become effective until the Owner has received his copy. Dissemination of Research Findings and Acknowledgement of Controlled-Access Datasets Subject to the NIH GDS Policy It is NIH’s intent to promote the dissemination of research findings from use of controlled-access dataset(s) subject to the NIH GDS Policy as widely as possible through scientific publication or other appropriate public dissemination mechanisms. Approved Users are strongly encouraged to publish their results in peer-reviewed journals and to present research findings at scientific meetings.
Accurate and Timely Submission of Reports a) The reports and administrative fees shall be accurate and timely and submitted in accordance with the due dates specified in this section. Vendor shall correct any inaccurate reports or administrative fee payments within three (3) business days upon written notification by DIR. Vendor shall deliver any late reports or late administrative fee payments within three (3) business days upon written notification by DIR. If Vendor is unable to correct inaccurate reports or administrative fee payments or deliver late reports and fee payments within three
