Transmission Facility. The Transmission Facility is defined as the new 345kV-115kV substation known as RG&E Station 255 which is being constructed by RG&E as part of the Rochester Area Reliability Project (“RARP”). Station 255 will be located in the Town of Henrietta, County of Monroe between East River Road and the Genesee River. The Point of Interconnection is based on the submitted design for the RARP Segment III, as indicated on the Plan & Profile drawings in Appendix A.I. 1. Station 255/Henrietta (New Substation) 1. Site Development a. Access Road to new RG&E Station 255
Transmission Facility. All electrical equipment shown on the single line diagram at Annexure A.4 of Schedule A of the Facility side of the Interconnection Boundary shall be procured and installed by Seller. (1) Transmission Lines (2) 66kV Transformer Bay At least one 66 kV transformer bay comprising [….] kV/66 kV step-up transformer(s) [Facility Owner to provide] of appropriate rating, lightning arrestors, current and potential transformers, circuit breaker, an isolator (preferably as specified in Paragraph 2.1 (a)) of this Schedule.
Transmission Facility. All electrical equipment shown on the single line diagram at Annexure A.4 of Schedule A of the Facility side of the Interconnection Boundary shall be procured and installed by Seller. (1) Transmission Lines The 66 kV transmission line may be erected on concrete poles with the three All Aluminium Alloy supported by tie-top insulators and long rod porcelain insulators. Where the 66 kV transmission line crosses or runs parallel to CEB’s existing lines and have a clearance of less than 4 (four) meters, Seller shall reimburse all costs incurred by CEB in connection with insulating or placing underground, the relevant portions of CEB’s existing transmission or distribution lines to the extent necessary. Seller’s 66 kV transmission line shall be fitted with a fibre-optic ground wire (“OPGW”) to allow data transmission and communication between the Facility and CEB Substation.
