Transitway. Concessionaire’s personnel shall document, and report any and all conditions observed throughout the Transitway that may represent a threat to Users or personnel or Project assets including, at a minimum: • unauthorized public access to areas of the Transitway; and • Emergency conditions requiring Emergency Services personnel.
