Common use of TRANSITORY PROVISION Clause in Contracts

TRANSITORY PROVISION. It is stated by the Client and acknowledged by the Supplier that the client for the time being is not in a position to place a minimum Annual Purchase Order. It is therefore agreed that Section 5.2 above and all other provisions in this Agreement which could affect the rights and obligations of the parties with respect to such minimum Annual Purchase orders will not become operative until such time that both parties agree, by common consent to make those provisions applicable.
