Transitional regulations. 11 (1) Regulations may prescribe all matters that are required or 12 necessary or convenient to be prescribed for dealing with 13 any issue or matter of a savings or transitional nature — (a) that arises as a result of the amendment of this Act 15 by another Act (an amending Act); and
