Common use of Transition Coordination Clause in Contracts

Transition Coordination. Following the expiration of the Feasibility Period, Seller and Purchaser shall cooperate in good faith to effect an orderly transition of the ownership of the Hotel and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby. In implementation thereof, Seller and Purchaser shall each designate a representative to coordinate such transition. Initially, Seller’s representative shall be ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ and Purchaser’s representative shall be ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇. Either party may change its representative from time to time by providing notice to the other party in accordance with Section 14.6 of this Agreement.
