TRANSIT AND RESIDENCE. (1) The Government, in accordance with Austrian law, shall take all necessary measures to facilitate the entry into, and sojourn in, the Republic of Austria of the persons listed below, shall allow them to leave the Republic of Austria without interference and shall ensure that they can travel unimpeded to or from the premises, affording them any necessary protection when so travelling: (a) Officials of the Institute and members of their family forming part of their household;
