Transfers of Legal Title to Vehicle. If GMAC is both the Servicer under this Agreement and under the VAULT Trust Agreement, subject to Section 7.02, GMAC may cause transfers of legal title to the Vehicles required to be made under this Agreement without delivering the notices or complying with the formalities required by the VAULT Trust Agreement.
