Transfers in Compliance with Law. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, no Transfer may be made pursuant to this Article 7 unless (i) the transferee has agreed in writing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement pursuant to a Deed of Adherence in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B, (ii) the Transfer complies in all respects with other applicable provisions of this Agreement, and (iii) the Transfer complies in all respects with applicable securities Laws.
