Common use of Transfers by Assignee Clause in Contracts

Transfers by Assignee. A Person who is the Assignee of all or any portion of the interest in the Partnership of a Limited Partner as permitted hereby but does not become a Substituted Limited Partner and who desires to make a further Transfer of such interest in the Partnership shall be subject to all of the provisions of this Article VIII to the same extent and in the same manner as any Limited Partner desiring to make a Transfer of its interest in the Partnership.‌
