Common use of Transferred Capital Accounts Clause in Contracts

Transferred Capital Accounts. In the event that any Partnership Interest or portion thereof is transferred in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the transferee shall succeed to the Capital Account of the transferor Partner to the extent such Capital Account relates to the transferred Partnership Interest or portion thereof.

Transferred Capital Accounts. In the event that any Partnership Interest or portion thereof is transferred in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the transferee shall succeed to the Capital Account of the transferor transferee Partner to the extent such Capital Account relates to the transferred Partnership Interest or portion thereof.

In the event that any Partnership Membership Interest or portion thereof is transferred in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the transferee shall succeed to the Capital Account and the Profit and Loss Sharing Percentage of the transferor Partner Member to the extent such Capital Account relates related to the transferred Partnership Interest or portion thereofinterest.
