Common use of TRANSFEREE REQUEST Clause in Contracts

TRANSFEREE REQUEST. The Transferee by its execution of this Certificate requests each Obligor, the Banks and the Facility Agent to accept this Certificate as being delivered under and for the purposes of Clause 20.5 (Transfers by Banks) of the Facilities Agreement so as to take effect in accordance with the terms of that clause on the Transfer Date.

TRANSFEREE REQUEST. The Transferee by its execution of this Certificate requests each Obligor, the Banks and the Facility Agent to accept this Certificate as being delivered under and for the purposes of Clause 20.5 20.6 (Transfers by Banks) of the Facilities Agreement so as to take effect in accordance with the terms of that clause on the Transfer Date.

TRANSFEREE REQUEST. The Transferee by its execution of this Certificate requests the Obligors' Agent, each other Obligor, the Banks and the Facility Agent to accept this Certificate as being delivered under and for the purposes of Clause 20.5 (Transfers by Banks) 29 of the Facilities Facility Agreement so as to take effect in accordance with the terms of that clause on the Transfer Date.
