Common use of Transferable securities Clause in Contracts

Transferable securities. Where the LIRA holds identifiable and transferable securities, a transfer permitted by this Addendum may, unless otherwise stipulated and at the sole option of the Trustee, be effected by remittance of the investment securities by the LIRA.
