Common use of TRANSFER UTILITY Clause in Contracts

TRANSFER UTILITY. CONTRACTOR shall ensure that the data collection system has 10 the ability to export data and import data from other data systems used by existing FSP 11 CONTRACTORS to allow for Client transfers. Data must include PAF, 3M’s and KET’s. 12 AK. DATA CERTIFICATION - POLICIES AND PROCEDURES AND DATA COLLECTION 13 1. CONTRACTOR shall develop a P&P, or revise the existing P&P, regarding Data 14 Certification and submit to ADMINISTRATOR no later than twenty (20) calendar days from the start of 15 the Agreement. 16 2. ADMINISTRATOR and CONTRACTOR shall finalize and approve the P&P, in writing, 17 no later than thirty (30) calendar days from the start of the Agreement. If the Data Certification P&P 18 has not been approved after thirty (30) days from the start of the Agreement, the Certification of 19 Accuracy of Data form cannot be submitted to, or accepted by ADMINISTRATOR, and 20 CONTRACTOR may be deemed out of compliance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
