Transfer this Power Purchase Agreement and the Monthly Payments. If the person buying your Home meets [Provider’s] credit requirements, then where permitted by the local utility, the person buying your Home can sign a transfer agreement assuming all of your rights and obligations under this Power Purchase Agreement.
