Common use of Transfer Supplement Clause in Contracts

Transfer Supplement. Upon the execution and delivery of a Transfer Supplement by Participant and transferee, the same shall be delivered to the Company and, upon receipt, the Company shall acknowledge the same and be deemed to have accepted such Transfer Supplement. From and after the close of business at the Company’s office at ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, on the Transfer Effective Date specified in such Transfer Supplement, the transferee shall be a party hereto and, to the extent provided in such Transfer Supplement, shall have the rights and obligations of Participant hereunder.
