Transfer Station shall include those intermediate waste handling facilities where Solid 2 Wastes are transferred from hauling vehicles to a transfer vehicle and where the Solid Waste or a portion 3 thereof may undergo incidental processing, recycling or further handling before transportation to a 4 disposal site, Solid Waste processing facility, or other facilities. The following facilities do not constitute
Transfer Station. The facility designated by CONTRACTOR and approved by 359 CITY for the receipt, processing and transfer of some or all of the Discarded Material Collected 360 under this Agreement. The Xxxxx Street Transfer Station has been designated by 361 CONTRACTOR as a Transfer Station and approved by CITY pursuant to this Agreement.
Transfer Station. “Transfer station” means those facilities utilized to receive Solid Waste, and temporarily store and transfer such waste directly from smaller to larger vehicles for transport
Transfer Station. “Transfer Station” means the facility or such place or places listed in Exhibit 13 utilized to receive Solid Waste, and temporarily store and transfer such waste directly from smaller to larger vehicles for transport to a Disposal or Processing Facility.
Transfer Station. Franchisee shall be required to utilize an approved transfer station. unless it direct hauls material to a landfill or processing facility. The transfer station shall provide for the temporary collection and compaction of solid wasteSolid Waste so that an economical method of transportation of solid wasteSolid Waste to an approved landfill is utilized by Franchisee. For purposes of this Franchise Agreement, an approved transfer station is one holding a valid permit for the temporary storage of municipal solid waste in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Nevada, the Nevada Environmental Commission, and the Washoe County District Board of Health. It shall be the sole responsibility of Franchisee to provide for a transfer station meeting the requirements of this Agreement. Franchisee may comply with this requirement by operating its own transfer station or by entering into an agreement with the operator of a transfer station which meets the requirements of this Agreement.
Transfer Station. In addition to the definition found in Section 6-10.101(o) of the Plumas County Code, “
Transfer Station an intermediate Solid Waste or Yard Waste disposal facility for transferring loads of Solid Waste or Yard Waste to a transportation unit having a larger capacity. There may be volume reduction at the Transfer Station. A Transfer Station may be fixed or mobile. Yard Waste: wastes as defined by 2012 Minnesota Statutes, 115A.03 Definitions, Subd. 38 including: garden wastes, leaves, lawn cuttings, weeds, shrub and tree waste, and prunings.
Transfer Station. Except as set forth below, all Solid Waste Collected 836 as a result of performing Collection Services shall be delivered to the Transfer Station for 837 transfer to the Disposal Facility. In the event the Transfer Station or Disposal Facility is 838 closed on a Work Day, CONTRACTOR shall transport and dispose of the Solid Waste at 839 such other legally permitted facility as is approved by CITY. Failure to comply with this 840 provision shall result in the levy of liquidated damages as specified in Article 23 of this 841 Agreement and may result in CONTRACTOR being in default under this Agreement.
Transfer Station. A facility identified by the City as accepting solid waste delivered by the Contractor during the term of this Contract. Proposed Transfer Stations identified may be proposed by the Contractor but must be approved in writing by the City.
Transfer Station. Waldoboro, shall own, construct, operate, manage, maintain, repair, replace, and finance the Transfer Station and Landfill and shall obtain and keep current all necessary permits from the Maine Department of Environmental Protection. Waldoboro shall purchase or lease and maintain the necessary equipment; employ Transfer Station personnel; engage haulers; pay tipping fees; and do all other things that are incidental to or necessary for the operation of the Transfer Station.
