Transfer Protocol. The parties shall work cooperatively to determine the proper medium and method for the transfer of Confidential Data between each other. The party receiving Confidential Data shall confirm the transfer of Confidential Data and notify the transferring party as soon as practicable of any discrepancies between the actual data transferred and the data described in this agreement.
