Common use of Transfer Order Clause in Contracts

Transfer Order. In furtherance of this Agreement, and concurrently herewith, each Stockholder shall and hereby does authorize the Company or the Company's counsel to notify the Company's transfer agent that there is a stop transfer order with respect to all of the Voting Shares. At the request of Parent, each Stockholder shall cause to be provided to Parent evidence of such stop transfer order.
