Transfer of Transmission Rights. Owner conveys to Distribution Company all rights to and title and interest in the use of the Distribution Company’s Proportionate Share of NECEC Transmission Line Capacity and Distribution Company has entered into the PPA, pursuant to which Distribution Company transfers, assigns and conveys to HQUS during the Term all of Distribution Company’s rights, title and interest in and to the Firm Transmission Service, Other Transmission Rights, and Market Products in respect of HQUS’s delivery obligations under the PPA .
