Common use of Transfer of Stock Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Stock. Upon the terms and subject to the conditions contained herein, at the Closing, Seller shall sell, transfer and deliver to Buyer, and Buyer shall purchase, acquire and accept from Seller, all of the Shares, for the Purchase Price specified in Section 2.2.

Transfer of Stock. Upon the terms and subject to the conditions contained hereinof this Agreement, at the Closing, Seller the Sellers shall sell, assign, transfer and deliver convey the Shares to BuyerPurchaser, free and clear of all Encumbrances, and Buyer the Purchaser shall purchase, acquire and accept the Shares from Seller, all of the Shares, for the Purchase Price specified in Section 2.2Sellers.

Transfer of Stock. Upon the terms and subject to the conditions contained herein, at the Closing, Seller Sellers shall sell, transfer convey, transfer, assign and deliver to Buyer, and Buyer shall purchase, acquire and accept from Sellerin reliance upon the representations, all of warranties and covenants contained herein, at the SharesClosing, for the Purchase Price specified in Section 2.2Stock.
