Transfer of Servicing to Purchaser. The Seller shall cause all Servicing Rights and obligations with respect to the Mortgage Loans to be transferred to the Purchaser (or such person as the Purchaser may designate) on the Servicing Transfer Date. The Seller hereby agrees to comply with the Servicing Transfer Instructions attached hereto as Exhibit 4.
