Common use of Transfer of Risks Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Risks. Unless otherwise indicated in the Contract, the Contractor shall bear all risks of loss or damage to the Items in accordance with the provisions of the INCOTERMS referred to in Article I.5 (Delivery). It shall affect insurance to the extent necessary to cover the risk of such loss or damage in accordance with the specific conditions of Article I.15 (Insurance).
