Common use of Transfer of Receivables Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Receivables. This Supplemental Conveyance constitutes a valid sale, transfer and assignment to the Corporation of all right, title and interest of the Account Owner in the Receivables arising in the Additional Accounts designated hereby now existing or hereafter created, all monies due or to become due, all amounts received with respect thereto, the "proceeds" (including, without limitation, "proceeds" as defined in Article 9 of the UCC) thereof and the Recoveries with respect thereto;

Transfer of Receivables. This Supplemental Conveyance constitutes a valid sale, transfer and assignment to the Corporation Seller of all right, title and interest of the Account Owner Seller in the Receivables arising in the Additional Accounts designated hereby now existing or hereafter created, all monies due or to become due, due and all amounts received with respect thereto, thereto and the "proceeds" (including, without limitation, "proceeds" as defined in Article 9 of the UCC) thereof and the Interchange and the Recoveries with respect thereto;; (g)

This Supplemental Conveyance constitutes a valid sale, transfer and assignment to the Corporation HRAC of all right, title and interest of the Account Owner Bank in the Receivables arising in the Additional Accounts designated hereby now existing or hereafter created, all monies due or to become due, due and all amounts received with respect thereto, thereto and the "proceeds" (including, without limitation, "proceeds" as defined in Article 9 of the UCC) thereof and the Recoveries with respect thereto;

Transfer of Receivables. This Supplemental Conveyance constitutes a valid sale, transfer and assignment to the Corporation Purchaser of all right, title and interest of the Account Owner Seller in the Transferred Receivables arising in the Additional Accounts designated hereby now existing on the Addition Cut-Off Date or hereafter thereafter created, the Recoveries with respect thereto, all monies due or to become due, due and all amounts received with respect thereto, thereto and the "proceeds" (including, without limitation, including "proceeds" as defined in Article 9 of the UCC) thereof and the Recoveries with respect theretothereof;

Transfer of Receivables. This Supplemental Conveyance constitutes a valid sale, transfer and assignment to the Corporation Company of all right, title and interest of the Account Owner HRAC in the Receivables arising in the Additional Accounts designated hereby now existing or hereafter created, all monies due or to become due, due and all amounts received with respect thereto, thereto and the "proceeds" (including, without limitation, "proceeds" as defined in Article 9 of the UCC) thereof and the Recoveries with respect thereto;

Transfer of Receivables. This Supplemental Conveyance constitutes a valid sale, transfer and assignment to the Corporation Purchaser of all right, title and interest of the Account Owner Seller in the Receivables arising in the Additional Accounts designated hereby now existing or hereafter created, all monies due or to become due, all amounts received with respect thereto, the "proceeds" (including, without limitation, "proceeds" as defined in Article 9 of the UCC) thereof and the Recoveries and Merchant Termination Payments with respect thereto;

Transfer of Receivables. This Supplemental Conveyance constitutes a valid sale, transfer and assignment to the Corporation ACE of all right, title and interest of the Account Owner Seller in the Receivables arising in the Additional Accounts designated hereby now existing or hereafter created, all monies due or to become due, due and all amounts received with respect thereto, thereto and the "proceeds" (including, without limitation, "proceeds" as defined in Article 9 of the UCC) thereof and the Interchange and the Recoveries with respect theretothereto payable pursuant to the Receivables Purchase Agreement;

This Supplemental Conveyance constitutes a valid an absolute sale, transfer and assignment to the Corporation Purchaser of all right, title and interest of the Account Owner Seller in the Receivables arising in the Additional Accounts designated hereby now existing on the Addition Cut-Off Date or hereafter thereafter created, the Recoveries with respect thereto, all monies due or to become due, due and all amounts received with respect thereto, thereto and the "“proceeds" ” (including, without limitation, "including “proceeds" ” as defined in Article 9 of the UCC) thereof and the Recoveries with respect thereto;thereof.

Transfer of Receivables. Transfer of Receivables. This Supplemental Conveyance constitutes a valid sale, transfer and assignment to the Corporation Seller of all right, title and interest of the Account Owner Seller in the Receivables arising in the Additional Accounts designated hereby now existing or hereafter created, all monies due or to become due, due and all amounts received with respect thereto, thereto and the "proceeds" (including, without limitation, "proceeds" as defined in Article 9 of the UCC) thereof and the Interchange and the Recoveries with respect thereto;

Transfer of Receivables.
