Transfer of Grants. BioForce shall work with Aspera to transfer to Aspera as of the date of this Agreement the governmental grants, as shown on Exhibit F so that Aspera may complete the scientific projects that are the subjects of those grants. Should the providers of the grants not allow them to be transferred to Aspera, BioForce agrees to engage the services of Aspera as a subcontractor under the grants, and pay Aspera for any such subcontractor services a rate equal to the hourly rate of pay of the Aspera employees performing the work, plus an allowance for payroll taxes and employee benefits.
Transfer of Grants. In the event the Applicant transfers to another university or research facility and wishes to transfer the Grant and equipment purchased with funds from the Grant, he/ she must submit a formal request through Official Written Correspondence to the EOS Research Grants committee for approval to pursue such a change. The new Grant Recipient's Institution shall be required to comply with the requirement set forth in this Grant Agreement and become a party to the amended Grant Agreement. The Applicant shall not use Grant funds for any costs related to such transfer.
Transfer of Grants. 1.10.1 After signing of the contract, money will be transferred to the UK institutions from UKIERI secretariat.

Transfer of Grants. 9.1 The transfer from FZÚ to ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ of the grants listed in Annex 6 (List of grants) shall be carried out based on a separate public-law agreement or other arrangements, if the conclusion of a public-law agreement is not appropriate.
9.2 ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ shall take over all rights and obligations arising from these commitments.
9.3 FZÚ shall transfer to ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ all documents related to the grants listed in Annex 6 (List of grants).
