Common use of Transfer of Earnings Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Earnings. Each Contracting Party grants to the designated airline(s) of the other Contracting Party the right of free transfer of the excess of receipts over expenditure earned in the territory in connection with the carriage of passengers, baggage and cargo by the designated airline(s) of the other Contracting Party. Such transfer shall be made in a free convertible currency at the official rate of exchange on the day the transfer is made.

Transfer of Earnings. Each Contracting Party grants shall grant to the designated airline(s) airlines of the other Contracting Party the right of free transfer of the excess of receipts over expenditure earned by the airlines in the territory of the first Contracting Party to its country in connection with the carriage of passengers, baggage mail and cargo cargo, in any of freely convertible currencies in accordance with the foreign exchange regulations in forces, and shall not be subject to any charges except those normally made by the designated airline(s) of the other Contracting Party. Such transfer shall be made in a free convertible currency at the official rate of exchange on the day the transfer is madebanks for carrying out such conversion and remittance.
