Transfer of Certificate Accounts. The Trustee may transfer either or both Certificate Accounts to a different depository institution from time to time, so long as such Certificate Account or Certificate Accounts remain Eligible Accounts. The Trustee shall give notice of any transfer of either Certificate Account to the Rating Agencies prior to such transfer.
