Common use of Transfer of Business Agreements Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Business Agreements. 20.1. In the event of a property or herd being sold, the Buyer* or Seller* must be entitled to transfer the rights and obligations contained in a Business Agreement* Clause Terms of Purchase Terms of Sale Common Terms to the new Owner if the other parties* to the Business Agreement* accept said transfer in writing.
